Refund policy

Our 30-day Keep-It Guarantee

We don't accept returns, and you never have to send anything back. Instead, every order is covered by our Keep-It Guarantee: if you're not happy with it, email us at artscreams@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund you in full. Keep the product, give it away, whatever you like.

We'll also refund you if:
- Your order never arrives
- Your order arrives damaged or defective
- We sent you the wrong item

How refunds work
We refund your original payment method. The money usually shows up in 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping is always free, so nothing is deducted.

Subscriptions
You can skip, pause, or cancel a subscription anytime from your account (Manage Subscription) or by emailing us. Canceling stops future deliveries. The Keep-It Guarantee covers every order within 30 days of its delivery.

Customers in the European Union
If you live in the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Under our Keep-It Guarantee, you still don't need to send anything back.
